It was my first appointment after registering at Charsfield, the Lady dentist was amazing and her assistant both fantastic people friendly helpful, painless treatment. Reception organised and helpful too. Excellent Dentist, Thank you to all there.

I find this practice outstanding. Staff friendliness, waiting times and service are excellent.The only aspect I think they could improve on, there is a set of forms that you have to complete for each appointment. The COVID-19 form feels outdated and stuck in 2021. It still contains a question about UK RED list countries and advice to isolate. I feel this needs updating.

I have been a patient here for over 30 years and have always appreciated the warm, friendly and efficient service provided by the whole team. As someone who is not too keen on visiting the dentist, I really value Dragos' calm, gentle and caring approach which helps a lot. Mulțumesc a diolch!

Ben Smith

Ben qualified with a Biomedical Science (Anatomy) degree from Cardiff University in 2011 and has since gone on to graduate with a Dentistry degree from the University of Central Lancashire in 2015.

Following his studies Ben returned home and has since worked in numerous hospitals in the South Wales area working in Oral and Maxillofacial, Oral Surgery and Restorative Dentistry departments.

Ben is currently undertaking a Master’s degree in Restorative Dentistry at Birmingham University and is trained in Facial Aesthetics and provides anti-wrinkle treatment.

Ben in his spare time enjoys travelling and is training for the Tenby Ironman

IMOGEN WARNE

Imogen is a general dentist who has a particular interest in helping and caring for those who feel anxious visiting the dentist. She strives to make everyone feel at ease. Her family are from South Wales but she grew up in London and qualified in Valencia, Spain so speaks conversational Spanish.
In her spare time Imogen enjoys travelling and has an interest in health and nutrition

ROSE AMEEN

Dr Rose Ameen is a qualified dentist committed to excellence in restorative and aesthetic dental care. She graduated from the University of Münster in Germany in 2010 and has since developed a comprehensive skill set in Restorative and General Dentistry. Dr Ameen offers a full range of dental treatments tailored to patient needs.

Dr Ameen gained an M.Sc. in Restorative Dentistry with Distinction from the University of Birmingham in 2024, reinforcing her focus on minimally invasive, high-quality dental care. She has a special interest in orthodontics and is certified in several leading aligner systems, including Inman Aligner, Clear Smile Aligner, and Invisalign. Her approach combines aesthetics with advanced restorative techniques to help patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr Ameen enjoys travelling to explore new cultures, crafting unique pieces in her downtime, and loving cooking. Her hobbies reflect her creativity and passion for a balanced and fulfilling life.

HENRY MORRIS

Henry is a qualified dentist who graduated with his BDS degree from Cardiff University.

Henry has high standards of patient care and treatment quality, and he is particularly adept at helping anxious patients to feel comfortable in the dental chair.

Henry is part of an NHS cluster group that helps shape the direction of NHS provision in Wales. He also sits on the board of two local charities who provide services to adults with additional needs across South Wales.

Henry grew up in the Cotswolds and then he moved to Wales for university and has lived in Wales ever since!
In his spare time, Henry enjoys keeping fit, and recently completed a marathon to help raise money for an unwell family member.

Chloe Sadler

Chloe is a dedicated dental hygienist with a strong background as a dental nurse. With 17 years of experience in the dental field, she studied at Cardiff University and qualified as a Hygienist in 2018.

She has developed a passion for promoting oral health and educating patients on their oral hygiene practices. Her comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, combined with her exceptional patient care skills, allows her to provide a comfortable and informative experience for all her patients. Chloe is committed to staying updated on all the latest dental practices to ensure the best outcomes for her patients.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys an active lifestyle. She enjoys going to the gym, spending quality time with her family and friends, as well eating out – enjoying good food and drink.
